SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
- Payment Mode: We accept all major prepaid payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Shipping Charges: We charge a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹100 across India.
- Estimated Dispatch Time: 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic delivery takes 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch depending on your location.
- Courier Partners: Dispatched through trusted logistics partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Blue Dart).
- Live Tracking: A tracking link and AWB number are automatically sent via SMS and Email once dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
We are pleased to offer insured international shipping worldwide
- Estimated Dispatch: 2 to 4 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: 10 to 18 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.
- Customs & Import Taxes: Any customs duties, import VAT, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
- Courier Partners: Dispatched via premium global couriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) with end-to-end tracking.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING GUIDELINES & SAFETY
- Working Days: Shipping and delivery timelines do not include Sundays and National/Public Holidays.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure complete address with landmark and valid PIN code. Destination addresses cannot be modified after dispatch.
- Reshipment: Undelivered parcels due to incorrect address, customer unreachable, or closed premises will be returned to our studio. Reshipment will be processed upon receiving the return, with reshipping charges borne by the customer.
- Transit Safety: Every piece is hand-inspected, cushioned with multi-layer protective bubble wrap, and packed in rigid boxes to ensure 100% damage-free delivery.
