You must not use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities under Indian law. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any third-party external links.
7. INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ornaksh, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Ornaksh shall not be held liable for any failure or delays in performance or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, or supply-chain courier disruptions.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
