- Strict No-Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, fulfilled, or Out for Delivery (OFD), cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. DAMAGE & UNBOXING VIDEO
- Transit Damage Protection: Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory 360° Video: A continuous uncut video opening the sealed outer box is strictly required.
- Non-Returnable: Vintage heirlooms, custom pieces, and sale items are final sale.
5. PRE-ORDER PIECES
- Made-to-Order: Pre-Order heirlooms are crafted exclusively upon reservation.
- Timelines: Stated on each individual product page.
- Modifications: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once artisan casting starts; shipping address updates are permitted.
